Anyone may compete, subject to the General Rules herein set forth and the Specified Rules of each individual department.
- All hours are in Central Daylight Time
- All home economics entries and all agricultural entries must be made by 7 p.m. on Monday, August 26 and remain in place .until 8 a.m. on Monday, September 2. Open classes are open to all exhibitors unless otherwise specified. All exhibits should be checked out with the committee any time after 8 a.m. on Monday, September 2. The management will not responsible after 11 a.m. The judges' decisions are final.
- Entries in FFA and 4-H departments must be approved by exhibitors' leaders and limited to Grayson County only. Entries must have been produced in conjunction with an approved project.
- Prizes will be paid immediately after judging.
- The management will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses.
- All persons or organizations operating concessions of any kind on the Fairgrounds will be required to pay 10 percent of gross receipts to the Grayson County Fair.
- All exhibitors, displayers, concessionaires, etc. must have admission tickets before they will be permitted to enter grounds.
- All exhibitors must pay admission fee to enter grounds after August 26.
- There will be no refunds due to rain.
- All exhibitors must be Grayson County residents pertaining to field crops.
- Golf carts, 4-wheelers and UTV’s are permitted ONLY to fair stuff and carnival employees.
- The management reserves the right to interpret and enforce all rules and regulations.
