REGULATIONS

Crops must be grown by exhibitor. Only one entry may be made in each class. Members of the same household may make only one entry in each class. Classes with only one entry will pay one-half of first prize. Turn in entries to the Field Crops building behind the Merchant buildings. Entries must use numbers from the official Grayson County Fair Catalog.

GENERAL RULES

  • Exhibitor must be a resident of Grayson County. Address and phone number (for youth: school name and grade of student).
  • Home-school students may enter. Grade level (the grade completed by student) must be provided on entry card.
  • ALL entries must be made from 11am to 7pm on Monday, August 26th, 2019 and remain in place until Monday, September 2, 2019 from 8am to 11am. All exhibitors who enter fairgrounds after 4:00 p.m. will pay admission.
  • Ribbons will be awarded based on merit. A blue ribbon does not have to be awarded in a class if entries do not merit. Prize money and ribbons will be awarded to first, second, and third-place in each division. No ribbons will be given for participation.
  • The Grayson county Fair does not assume responsibility for the protection of the items entered. No entries may be removed early.
  • Winners' certificates will be ready after 4pm, Thursday, August 29,2019.
